    All your information is stored and available in a secured environment. Atradius Collections makes sure your details are safe and available for you whenever you need it.

  • Multi language

    Collect@Net is the only online collection tool that is available in 14 languages. You can choose your preferred language in the login screen or it will default to the same language as your computer.

  • Introduce a case

    Introducing a case is very simple, all you need to do is provide information on Case Reference, Debtor Details and Financial Details and the case will be submitted to Atradius Collections. It will be visible in your online portfolio directly after it has been submitted and Atradius Collections will start working on your case within 24 hours.

  • Search a case

    You have the option to to search for cases in multiple ways, on case number, invoice number, debtor name, all open cases or introduction dates.

  • Upload files

    When you have a lot of cases you want to give to Atradius Collections, you have the possibility to upload multiple files at once by using our Bulk Upload option.

  • Current information

    When you want to know the status of a case you can see all activities, communication and summaries in the Case History screen. Whether we've sent letters to the debtor or a third party, made a phone call or have sent an email to you, you can see it all.

  • Reports

    You have the access to various reports for all your needs, like payment reports, invoice reports, success rate reports or a report with all cases, all easily available.

  • Downloads

    All reports can be downloaded to excel, html or word format, giving you the opportunity to analyse it and report on it the way you want it.

  • Communication

    There are several ways to send specific information to Atradius Collections. You can notify us of a payment you have received from a debtor, you can make a comment on a specific case, or you can request closure on a case. Whatever you think we need to know, you can communicate it via Collect@Net.

  • 2-way messaging

    Within Collect@Net you have the option to send and receive messages from and to Atradius Collections with information about your cases or questions. This way you will have all the details available in just one portal.
